We traded the city for the jungle
We packed up our family in Canada, and moved to the jungle in Costa Rica. Chasing sunshine and a life that felt free.
I’m basically a secret ninja
I spent 10 years earning my 3rd-degree black belt, trading my teenage social life for discipline and training.
I was a CrossFit Regionals athlete
My CrossFit team even podium’d securing 3rd place. We missed qualifying for the CrossFit Games by one spot.
I grew up in the music industry
my teenage summers were spent on tour buses and backstage at summer music festivals across North America.
I'm a life-long entrepreneur

And Our Journey With Water
We’re a family of four who traded city life in Canada for slow, grounded living in the Costa Rican jungle. That shift opened our eyes to what truly supports our health and our home — especially our water.
What began as a simple desire to give our kids the best turned into a deep dive into clean living and understanding what’s really in most water. Once we learned the truth, we couldn’t unlearn it… so we made a change.
Switching to clean, mineral-rich, living water became a non-negotiable. And the difference in how we felt — our energy, clarity, and overall wellness — was undeniable.
